One day in art class our art teacher told us to create our very own wild thing. We were studying Maurice Sendak. I decided to make mine upside down hanging on a branch. I used cut paper and paint to create him.

Aaaaaahhh! Oh, I think he is the BESTEST Wild Thing of all! The different patterns on all the body parts is very cool. I like to dress like that sometimes. But whenever I do, my kids don't want to be seen with me. I love that twisty branch, by the way! Hope to see more of your art!
